Jawatan Manager, Security-Compliance:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and promote activities to create information security awareness among users within the Bank and provide information security awareness training to users as part of new employee’s orientation program and refresher training.
  • Facilitate the development of information security policies, standards and procedures associated with network infrastructure security and controls. Work with data owners, system owners and governance groups (Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management, etc.) in the development of such policies.
  • Contributing to security solutions implementation within agreed project timelines & budget and serve as an internal information security consultant to business users/IT network team for network infrastructure security related issues.
  • Implement and enforce an incident response and reporting process to address network infrastructure security incidents, respond to alleged policy violations, or complaints from external parties.
  • Assist in performing on-going security risk assessment test and review targeting network infrastructure security matters; recommend methods for vulnerability detection and remediation; and oversee vulnerability testing by internal/external 3rd party security consultants.
  • Facilitate the delivery of security services to various business subsidiaries to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Facilitate security compliance with regulatory and the Bank’s enterprise information security requirements, standards and guidelines e.g. BNM GPIS1, EISP v2.1, etc.
  • Assist the Head of IT Security in compiling and preparing management reporting pertaining to network infrastructure security project implementation, security incidents (breaches/violations), history & trend analysis, etc.
  • To anchor/support audit exercise consolidation and risk management exercise pertaining to IT
  • Person in charge in compiling and preparing management reporting pertaining to network infrastructure security project implementation, security incidents (breaches/violations), history & trend analysis, etc.
  • Keep abreast of latest network infrastructure security legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts and vulnerabililties pertaining to the Bank’s network/systems/application environments.

Qualification :
  • Degree in related discipline (Computer Science, IT, Information System, Information Security, Networking) or equivalent working experience.
  • More than 3 years experience in financial industry with at least 1 years in managerial function.
  • Familiar with best practices and international standards e.g. COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.
  • Typically a background in technical IT roles such as IT architecture, development or operations, with a clear and abiding interest in information security.
  • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.

Jawatan Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager, IT Test Management

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Testing function for new PROJECT, existing application enhancement and system integration testing.
  • Arrangement to setup testing environment with related party example System Admin, Change Management.
  • Gate Keeper for SIT testing environment.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation including Test Script, Change Management document, Security document, PMO related document and etc
  • Assign testing resources for project implementation and liaise with User tester.
  • Perform system integration test activities (specific testing requirement if needed) and record test results.
  • Perform the testing validation and verification on test results against functional specification and transaction tested.
  • Attend requirement specification discussion to understand overall system architecture and processes.
  • Update PMO committee on the Test Management progress and testing status.
  • Review and update the Test Management standard procedure document.
  • Review the Release Management testing environment capacity and documentation is updated.
  • Review and update new functionality testing requirement into Release Management test scripts.
  • Ensure resources availability to complete the testing within the agreed time frame.
  • Review and update to PMO committee on Testing/SIT/UAT and standard testing gaps and finding outcome.

Requirements / Qualification:
  • Degree in Information Technology / Degree in Information Management.
  • Knowledge and experience in Test Management process is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal with good business acumen.
  • Team player, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels and countries.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Jawatan Program Manager, IT Project Management Office :

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Manage projects within the approved budget, timeline and resources. Responsible to manage, coordinate and execute projects assigned with main and third party vendors.
  • Coordinates project deliverables to Programme Management Office (PMO), business users and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage System Integration Test (SIT), Users Acceptance Test (UAT), Projects deployment and project closure. Work with vendor and business users in the preparation of project documentation. Manage and upload project documents into PMO tools.
  • Develop and maintain IT Project implementation and migration documentation inclusive of Project SOW, Project Charter, Project contract agreement, Functional Specification and SDLC development documentation.
  • Coordinate Project meeting and scheduling for new IT initiatives and Projects.
  • Responsible to ensure project implementation are tracked and monitored through PMO and IT PMO.
  • Monitor and compiling Projects implementation costing, budgeting and procurement (budgeting and control) inclusive of Project payment milestone and invoicing.
  • Consolidate Project reports, proposals /approval note to Board of Directors, Management and Project Steering Committee.
  • To maintain project documentation in IT Document Repository for retrieval and save keeping.
  • Responsible for any other duties and assignment as directed by CIO/CTO.
  • Responsible to be assigned to work on any other IT PMO areas other than the one currently in the JD by IT PMO Department Head.
  • Responsible to comply both IT Policies and Enterprise Information Security Policies.

Requirements :
  • A degree holder with at least 5 years experience in Project Management, PMO in Banking Institution.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Islamic Banking application and product background.
  • Have ability to communicate to different level of Management. Exposure to release management is an added advantage.
  • Has Make-it-happen-fast attitude, acknowledge expertise and result orientation.
  • Well understood the Project Management framework, function and Project implementation handling and governance.
  • Business product and processes behavioral knowledge are added as advantages.
